Here at Kyle’s Jewelry, our main goal is customer satisfaction. When you shop with us, you have up to 14 days to return items with written authorization. After 14 days, any credit or refund will be reduced to the current scrap gold value. Please contact our office immediately if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. All returns of diamond merchandise are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Any diamond ring that has been resized will not be eligible for exchange or refund. The buyer agrees to pay a 1.5% per month (18% per annum) financing charge on all sums not paid in full within 30 days of the due date and to pay all costs of collection, with or without the institution of legal proceedings, including attorney’s fees and court costs. The buyer purchases all goods ‘as is.’ All sums are due and payable in Houston, Harris County, Texas. By accepting delivery of the merchandise from the carrier, the buyer agrees to be bound by the terms contained herein. The undersigned individual hereby unconditionally guarantees payment should the debt not be paid for any reason.
